Thank you (you know who you are) for every opportunity to travel with other talented teachers, whether it’s to learn or just to have fun!

As part of our Teacher Appreciation gift from our employer, they treated all of us to a 5 day cruise to Cabo San Lucas. I know right? This is definitely a huge upgrade from tickets to the Del Mar Fair (Costco package). Unfortunately, my fiance Ren (still getting use to saying that) is not going. He decided not to go because we would have to pay +$400 and miss work for 5 days. It’s cool, that $400 would go to our “new car” payment. Plus we need to also save up for a honeymoon =)

Tomorrow is going to be easy breezy in class because it’s Movie Day (with popcorn), which we will be watching Cars. YAY!

I think it’s time to pack now. cheers.

summer has been great. i have to admit i did not enjoy coming back to work after spring break. i was literally thrown into the wolves with little preparation.

since then, a lot has changed…for the better! i am now loving my class and my classroom. a couple of my mentors reminded me that we will never be completely organized…it’s physically impossible with all the different things that we do.

i have “flipped” this classroom around.

i miss my toddler class. i love that age group! still trying to find my “groove” in my new kindergarten class. i feel a little lost, confused and out of place. we’ll see how it works out.

i could go back to school. that would be nice. take on a whole new direction. how about cosmetology? i have alway wanted to do hair.

never enough time. a lot of changes. a new direction. so little time.

good bye pre-primary. now training to become a head primary (kindergarten) teacher. overwhelmed but up for the challenge.

spring break in 2 days. taking some time off for training and to clean and rearrange EVERYTHING in my new classroom…the best spring break ever!!! with little time i have i needed to step it up, you dig?!

started working out again…and do i NEED it. damn i fell off.
